My Wellness Journey: Becoming a Fitness Instructor

This season of my life is about becoming. Becoming stronger. Becoming more intentional. Becoming the woman God keeps showing me I can be. My wellness journey did not begin in a gym. It began with a quiet decision to feel good in my body again.

For years, I poured into work, family, and responsibilities. Somewhere in the middle of showing up for everything and everyone, I stopped showing up for myself. My energy was low, my confidence dipped, and my body felt like it was asking for help. I knew something had to change.

Movement became my way back to myself. It was not punishment. It was healing. It was clarity. It was joy. I started small and slowly found strength I did not know I still had.

As I grew stronger, I felt a pull to help others feel the same freedom and confidence. That is when I made the decision to become a fitness instructor. Not because I had everything figured out, but because I understood what it felt like to start from the beginning.

This page is the start of my documented journey. Every week, I will share my progress, my challenges, my wins, and the habits that are shaping me. You will see my weekly weight, inches, activity goals, nutrition focus, mood check‑ins, and a progress photo. This is my testimony in real time.
